Real estate valuation in the Republic of Croatia is regulated by the Real Estate Valuation Act, adopted on 3 July 2015. Valuations are carried out by authorised persons who are permanent court experts and permanent court appraisers.
The Act deals exclusively with the market value of real estate, which is assessed using three methods and seven procedures. It also prescribes the manner in which appraisers collect data by applying the prescribed methodology, and how that data is subsequently evaluated and used.

Condominium ownership is ownership of an apartment or other independent unit (commercial space, garage, attic space) linked to the corresponding co-ownership share (ideal share) of the real estate, which consists of land with a building, or of the right to build together with a building. Condominium subdivision regulates the land-registry status of your individual unit and its relationship to the building as a whole. It establishes the true and correct share of each co-owner in the co-ownership of the property, thereby also creating a fair basis for co-financing its maintenance.

SCOPE OF SERVICE
Drone photography of real estate for promotional purposes, and drone video inspection of hard-to-reach parts of a property.
A virtual tour is a marketing technology that allows users to move virtually through a given space using IT tools – a computer, tablet or smartphone – with or without virtual reality glasses. Several 360° photographs together form a virtual tour. A virtual tour is an interactive multimedia technology through which a user, from a remote location, can be informed in detail about a space and its contents, using integrated audio, video and other media recordings.

Kobo is registered for advertising activities and for publishing content on websites.
